Product: HP Slimline Desktop - 450-a13in (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had purchased this HP Slimline desktop (450-a13in) on 2016. Suddenly from last month I had problem with DVD drive, when I try to eject or open it seems irresponsible. At first I thought it was software problem, but it wasn't detected in BIOS also. There is no sound or rotation in DVD drive, I checked the cables. But no solution. There was no physical damage. I need a replacement but where can I buy?

Hey there! @Sabari04, 

 

Is the CD\DVD drive listed in device manager?

 

It certainly sounds like a hardware issue with the optical drive.

 

Try removing and reseating the optical drive on the PC and check if it helps.

 

Please find the part number for the DVD drive listed below.
