KEYBOARD KEYS DON'T WORK

HP Recommended
pavilion laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ABCDEFGIKLOPQRSTVWXZ are the only keys that work. It isn't a hardware problem, I think the keys are dirty? I am scared to remove them because I don't know if the are able to be put back on. Please help!! Does anyone know if they are able to be put back on or a different solution?

You can re-download the keyboard driver or update the BIOS. This method may have some effect, but it may be useless if the keyboard hardware is damaged.
