Try this keyboard driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112001-112500/sp112375.exe

I found it here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-x360-convertible-laptop-pc-13-aw2000/356...

I  noticed you are running windows 11 but your system was designed for 10. I am guessing the keyboard driver is not compatible.  You can always restore your system to factory default

If you chose to restore your system you will have to download, install and activate any 3rd party apps such as Office 365, steam, adobe, etc.  Make sure you backup documents if they are not in OneDrive already.

The cloud restore is a last resort.  Did this problem recently show up?  Did the upgrade to windows 11 work correctly?

This problem started only recently.

I downloaded windows 11 1-1.5 years ago. It was working fine until now.

I assume you tried that driver and it did not help.

Is there a restore point you can go back to that was before the problem?
