So this is a question for my HP laptop,I also have a desktop question but I'll get to that later,it's a different story with the desktop,anyway this laptop I ran a diagnostic on and got the code: Failure ID 90FBSJ-8ATC3G-MFPX7F-6ODAO3

Product ID: LOT33UA#ABA 

So,what's up with this thing now?
