Hi everyone , I have HP Laptop HP 14 10th Gen Intel Core i3 14-inch FHD Laptop(i3-1005G1/8GB/1TB HDDWin 10/MS
Office/Win 10/Natural Silver/1.5 kg ),
14s-er0004TU | B08HHB9Q2M ( 14s-er0004TU ).

Laptop is working very slow and sometimes its just freeze and no keywords and mouse work , then i have to restart the laptop from power button which takes 20-25 minutes and then it work but not so smooth. its just irritating and time consuming.

Please help me with suggestion 

and let me know if i can upgrade it into SSD , if yes then which one should i buy it. 

If any other solution , it would be very helpful , please let me know.

The Windows file system could be corrupt or there is a hard disk error.
