Welcome to our HP community forum!

 

Rather than a serial number, please give me the System SKU of your PC: please type in System Information in your Windows search bar, and click on the System Information app.  Look to the right of "System SKU" and provide that information.

I went into DEV Man and it does show a RW DVD.
