@Trekwatcher,

Your unit is circa 2007. Here are the specs.

If you have a graphic card, you could remove it.  Use the integrated (motherboard) video port.  Run the unit for a week. If there is no problem, it was the graphic card you removed.

Replacement?  What is the graphic card you pulled?

Your system only has a marginal 250W PSU, so you choices are limited to (1) BIOS cards what would operate with an installed 250W PSU, or (2) any BIOS graphic card (manufactured prior to Sept 2012) and a new PSU to handle such card.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

I just realized that there is no graphics card, i have been using the integrated video port.

Is that a bad sign for this computer? or would a graphics card solve the problem?

thanks,
