I am looking for the Product Manual for an HP ENVY Desktop - 795-0030xt. The support site does not have anything and the help desk is useless. The support site only has a user guide which is useless. Does anyone know where i can find the product manual?
Thank you.

You are welcome, @NeedHelp77!
Here is the memory that is recommended by Crucial Memory. This will give you the specs for it. You can also use CPU-Z to find the manufacturer and timings of the current memory.
If you scroll down the page to "Compatible SSD's" you will see what Crucial recommends. Again, you can use their specs if you decide to buy another brand. They do make very good memory and SSD's for OEM computers like those made by HP.

The reply I got from HP is "At this point, the only information that is available is the User Guide. These computers are very proprietary and are not meant to be upgraded. For this reason HP doesn't provide a lot of information on them."
How pathetic that HP cannot supply specs for their equipment.
Does anyone know what type of memory this desktop uses and if there is any pairing requirements?
Also, can an additional SSD drive be added?
Thank you.

@NeedHelp77, the reply that you quoted was not from HP, but from me, old_geekster, a volunteer on the Forums. I don't speak for HP directly. I simply know that the only information on their website is the User Manual.

Thank you for your reply, I thought it was from HP, sorry.
Would you, or anyone on this board, know what type of memory this desktop uses and if there is any pairing requirements? I would like to upgrade the memory on the PC.
Also, can an additional SSD drive be added?
Thank you.

You are welcome, @NeedHelp77! I am always glad to help.
By the way, the brand and timings for the memory in CPU-Z are in the tab titled "SPD".
You have a Happy New Year, also!!
