Product: OMEN by HP 875-1000 Obelisk Desktop PC (5MG70AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was wondering if anyone knew what would be compatible with my desktop. 

Subject basically states what I'm looking for. I was interested in a fan setup shown below from Noctua.

@briznasty , welcome to the Community.

 

Your best option is to contact Noctua's Tech Support for help.  They are the experts on their products and should be able to tell you which ones would be compatible with your system.  This will save you a lot of time, money and frustrations.

So I asked them and they said they can't help me.

Do you know the size of the case fans? and CPU fan?

I'm thinking of at least giving those an upgrade since these OMENs just naturally run hot 😄
