Hello,

I just bought an HP Slim Desktop S01-pF1700ng ( 385Y2EA), which has no optical drive. I want to upgrade it with an optical drive, which is built in e. g. in the Slim Desktop S01-aF0017ng ( 22C16E). I am looking for the part number of this drive and connection cable to the mainboard. The Partsurfer won't help me. Can anyone here? I live in Germany.

In my opinion, you would be better off using an external USB-driven optical drive "stand alone usb optisches laufwerk" such as this one (Amazon Germany): https://www.amazon.de/-/en/External-Burner-Player-Desktop-MacBook/dp/B09FL1T1B6/ref=sr_1_2?crid=2TVD...

 

Or something nicer: https://www.amazon.de/External-DVD-Drive-Desktop-MacBook/dp/B09MYVN2H5/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=2VRSHDWR...
