The 8860 A(SMVB) motherboard specifications list it as having two M.2 expansion slots. HP Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, Stark | HP® Customer Support
Looking at the motherboard, I'm only able to find one. I'm not sure what I'm missing, is there a manual that outlines the location of everything on the motherboard, or does anyone know where the second M.2 expansion slot is?

Hi:
When you read the motherboard expansion slot specifications, you have to assume that you are looking at a motherboard with nothing installed.
So, if your PC came from HP with a M.2 SSD, a Wi-Fi adapter and a discrete graphics card, those 'expansion slots' are already filled.

Most people think of an M.2 NVMe card as suppporting an SSD card.
I don't doubt that you may have an M.2 slot that only supports a Wifi adapter, but I have never heard of an M.2 Wifi adapter, and I find your M.2 specification not very clear.
I would really prefer a second M.2 NVMe SSD card, instead of a WiFi adapter.
