Please help me choose an ssd for the HP Slimline Desktop - 290-p0043w, in specs it is written incomprehensibly "One M.2 socket 3, 2280 type for SSD". what buss mb available pci express 4.0 or SATA?

These are various types of connectors, for various types of devices.

Try http://images.google.ca   and search for "M.2", to get images of the M.2 memory-stick, and the matching socket on your motherboard.

Or, search for "internal SSD" to get images of the SATA-connector and power-connector.

Or, search for "PCI-e". Some of those style of adapters have memory-chips that emulate a disk-drive.

Or, support a local business -- take your computer to a local "owner/operator" computer store, and get help purchasing something that will be compatible with your computer.
