you should be able to use this

  • Dual channel (2 DIMMs per channel) memory architecture
  • Four DDR4 UDIMM (288-pin) sockets
  • Supports PC4-19200 (DRR4-2400)
  • Supports 4 GB and 8 GB DDR4 UDIMMs
  • Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems
    note:
32-bit systems cannot address a full 4.0 GB of memory.
  • Supports up to 32 GB (unbuffered) on 64-bit computers

16 GB

  • Amount: 16 GB
  • Speed: PC4-19200 MB/s
  • Type: DDR4-2400

original so you had to have this
if you bought two new modules only, you may have an incompatibility, old/new
if so, and not done try the new ones alone
if it works, then you either have to replace them, hoping to have exactly the same as original
either buy the same
do you really need more memory?

How to identify what is slowing down the computer

Add RAM

weak point here, if not already replaced

so if it's not 2400 but 2400t, you can replace them

I don't understand what you mean

Just because some people think it's better, or they actually need more memory, doesn't mean you do!
I have 16 gb, and this is not a problem at all, even while playing some games

until you take the time to install compatible ram your not going to be able use 64GB

as i stated previously all 2400mhz ram is not the same if you actually need 64GB instead of 32 follow the crucial link i provided

This is what i have, for a 64 GB upgrade
