HP Recommended

Hi, I am using 4x module Corsair Vangance 4GB DDR3 PC 1600 (12800) and works excellent. Overall 16GB.

What memory modules manufacturer do you own? Mean (Corsair, Samsung, HP, A-data or others...?)

What exactly do you mean thah your motherboard does not see the RAM? Does the computer starts with all four memory modules? How many MB of rams do you see in BIOS? Should be 16384MB.

-Can you check if you memory modules are installed properly?

-Can you try to use just one module in slot 1,  than add 2nd module in slot 3, etc...?

-Do you use 64bit Operating system (that is defaultly delivered with this computer)? In the case you use 32 bit system, it will just see only 4GB RAM...
