Product: Monitor 24f

There is not a category for just a monitor. I purchased this monitor 2XN60AA open box and found it was missing the connecting piece for the base to monitor. I can't find where to purchase one.

It should come with a stand as base unit. No other part called base stand. Full list of parts:

Please ask the shop or return it and buy a different monitor.

Thank-you for your reply. The base is not even listed in the parts list. There is a piece that connects the base to the monitor and it was not included in the box. I am trying to include a photo but it did not show it so this is a different format. Apparently it doesn't actually show photos.

I needed a monitor today. I do not want to pay $300 plus for a monitor and none of the less expensive models were in stock. How is return it and buy a different monitor a solution???? It is missing a simple slanted piece. HP should have them.
