You do not confirm the motherboard model
but so the one that I indicated, it has several sata ports, therefore, we can have up to 4 sata devices connected
After that it's just a question of space / compartments available

if as you indicate there is only one HDD slot, then you can only install one
unless you sacrifice the dvd player and use an adapter!

But to gain a little performance, you can perhaps install a sata SSD

you have more than one sata port It may be possible to find a location for a small SSD
