Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Looking to upgrade my Ram. It currently has two (2) 8gb samsung chips/cards. How high can I go in Ram on this motherboard?

According to both HP and Crucial, you are already at the max...

I'm kind of surprised by that info because the processor and chipset your PC has supports 64 GB of memory when the motherboard has four memory slots, so 2 slots should be half.

 

But it would be a complete experiment/gamble on your part, since both sources state otherwise.
