Hi I have the Omen 870-244 with the Thimphu K i believe. i was wondering if anyone could tell me if this SSD is compatible XPG SX6000 Pro M.2 2280 256GB SSD
3.0 x4 2nd Gen. 64-layer 3D TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) ASX6000PNP-256GT-C

Machine has 1TB or 7200RPM HDD now. Its motherboard

which shows it has
Expansion Slots:
- One PCI Express x16 (Gen 3.0)
- One PCI Express x1 (Gen 3.0)
- One M.2 socket 1, key A
- One M.2 socket 3, key M
You can use M.2 NVMe. The drive from Newegg should work but members on this forum say they use Samsung 970 EVO or Crucial P1 series of M.2 SSD's
