Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've purchased this laptop in Abu Dhabi and I'm a resident of India. 

  • From the beginning RAM showed 100% frequently without any apps running except chrome.
  • 6 months later I could see a black spot at a corner and two days after the whole screen is blank.
  • After changing to a new screen after months the screen is still blank. I got it done by 3rd party as my warranty expired till then.
  • After installing the screen the screen remained blank after turning on, the power and charging LEDs light up but the Caps lock and num lock isn't lighting up when pressed.

Everyone concluded that it's motherboard failure. Will I be able to get a new motherboard as this particular model is not available in India.

  • If yes how much would that approximately cost?
  • Is there any solution for this apart from getting a new motherboard?

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
