Is the 2B4B motherboard a standard micro atx motherboard and can I replace it with a standard MoBo?

Are the fixing holes in the same place?

What MoBo can replace the 2B4B/

no, in general hp motherboards are special
You may also have problems with some connector of the box
If you want to change the motherboard, and be "quiet" the best will be to change the box, so you can take the format you want
