Product: Logitech G502 Hero
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Now this isn't just with this mice but several others and whenever i try and use the software of these mice I.E. logitech g hub

and when it isnt detected it shows as a keyboard in settings

To use a Logitech mouse in Win10, you really need to download and install Logitech Options -- which you can get from here:  https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297893
