Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just bought my new HP pavilion, my husband got it set up, but the mouse cursor isn't showing on the screen or allowing me to click on anything. I'm having to use my keyboard to navigate the computer, but it doesn't allow me to necessarily click on things. How do I get my mouse to work?

@Bierwabe

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you getting any error message or code while connecting to the computer?
  • Have you tried with different mouse or keyboard?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Connection Issues

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
