Product: Envy Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I need  help here, my computer constantly just shuts itself down minutes after i log on. I have been trying  to figure out for days exactly what is wrong. I have performed every diagnostic test out there and nothing seems to work or fix my problem. I cannot be the only person to run into this situation before. Please I am so frustrated to point where I'm ready to go out and purchase a non-HP computer!!

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.
