HP Recommended

I have a HP desktop computer (work station), core i7 with 40gb of RAM and 2TB HD, 3gb dedicated graphics. It powers and behaviors like a booted system but never display anything on the monitor. What got me confused is that it displays "1" on the keyboard cap lock indicator and the system offs after some minutes. I have removed all the connected peripherals and attached components such as the RAMs graphics card, hard drive with a working one but nothing changes. I have started the system without HD, graphics card, and a single RAM but same thing happened. Please has anyone face this same challenge?
