@Yr_1, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that your HP mouse isn't working properly. Disassembling it can help identify and possibly fix the issue. Here are some general steps to disassemble your HP mouse 1JR32AA:
- Turn off your computer and unplug the mouse.
- Remove the screws: Look for screws on the bottom of the mouse. They might be hidden under the glide pads or stickers. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to remove them.
- Open the mouse: Carefully pry apart the top and bottom halves of the mouse. You might need a plastic opening tool to avoid damaging the casing.
- Disconnect the cable: If your mouse has a cable, gently disconnect it from the internal circuit board.
- Inspect the internal components: Check for any obvious issues like dirt, dust, or loose connections. You can clean the components with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab.
- Remove the buttons: If the issue is with the buttons, you might need to remove them to inspect the switches underneath.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
