Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have HP laptop 15-da0xxx laptop since 2019 . Now i am facing a major issue and due to this issue i am not able to use my pc well . Now my laptop is lagging and hanging too much in every single click . I am getting angry on this thing. Please tell me solutions what to do so that my pc can run smoothly without lagging. Can i increase physical RAM if yes then tell me best RAM or if any other solutions is possible then also pls tell me .looking forward for your reply .Thanks

There is a possibility is that model has a SATA hard drive, then most likely the drive is about to fail. I see discussion on that model line as being capable of a M.2 SSD, also.  See this thread:

If you look thru that thread and yours does not have the M.2 drive, then most likely the hard drive is failing and needs to be replaced.  Since it is on the verge of failing, it might be a good thing to backup your data, then clone the old drive to the new, however, that might not work with a bad drive, but worth a try.  If the cloning does not work, then Windows will need to be reinstalled.

Another reason could be it is infected with malware.
