Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My PC lights are flashing and the fans turn off and on I've plugged it multiple times and nothing changes can someone please help me nothing is turning on and idk if I did something or if I need to plug something in also the place were you access the wiring has a 6 sided thing on it that the led lights go through idk if this helps
