N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix) cpu fan pinout

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Elite HPF441
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was wondering if anyone knew the CPU fan PIN outs as my CPU fan is beginning to fail, and I haven't been able to get my Noctura NF-R8 Redux 3 pin fan to stay spinning other than on power on, where it spins for 10 seconds then stops, then the CPU gives a warning of fan failure warning.

I actually have a better cooler I'd like to use with cooling pipes and a copper base but I need to fix the fan issue first.

answered here 1000 times.😁

HP does not document this pin out. (no OEM does)😎

it's   custom to HP too. (HP DESIGN)

like this:  power, ground , PWM , RPM tachometer)

The bIOS runs the fan , using PWM modulation and then monitors the RPM results

and checks its secret performance fan tables in the BIOS and  if fails , POST errors the fan
