@BigKetchupp -- it is not possible.
I checked the HP Warehouse: HP PartSurfer (click this link!)
and none of the models offer that screw as a separately-available component.
Try your local owner/operator computer store. They probably have a bin-full of "random" screws, or can cannibalize one from a dead motherboard.

@BigKetchupp -- shouldn't the product come with one?
It would be nice if the screw was pre-connected to the motherboard, by the manufacturer of the motherboard.

Maybe no difference, the user indicates that it is ok, (same motherboard)
