HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-d0000i (7RC38AV)

I spilled soda onto my key board and it sticks, I have another which looks the same. no on/off buttons, no usb chips etc. Need to know how to connect new keyboard to this desktop computer computer. No tower, all contained in monitor.

the keyboard here, is certainly connected with a usb dongle, internal
the why of your question I imagine?
so if you replaced the keyboard, either you have the Bluetooth option...
Either you buy a simple USB keyboard, and you will have to connect the dongle to a free USB port
