Greetings,

My HP S750 1TB SSD ceased to function a couple of days ago, and will not even post in BIOS.  I am well within the stated Warranty period of this product, however I am unable to add it via S/N to my devices on the HP website, nor am I able to add it to the Warranty page (repeatedly being advised by the web page to enter a valid serial number.

 

To be clear, I am aware of where the serial number (S/N) is on the product.  I am unable to enter it onto the product page, nor am I able to find a number to speak to a representative about it.

 

Any assistance in contacting HP to get the Warranty return process started would be greatly appreciated.

 

My location is in the United States, and the product is an SSD.
