Product: Example: Pavilion p0074

I want to install a GTX 1650 NVIDIA graphics card but I understand that my PSU is not strong enough .  Looking online it seems I need a very specific type of PSU, a SFF style etc. possibly 400W or more idk.  I would like to know what exactly do I need to get that will allowe to install this graphics card?
