Purchased an HP Slim Desktop PC and Monitor from Walmart yesterday. During set up I had a question so I set up a customer account on HP support site. Upon entering the serial number it states my warranty has expired. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Having no luck at getting in touch with anyone at HP.
