Hello everyone im Qaisar (Caesar) im trying to upgrade my Nvme but the thing is that my operating system is saved on it so is there a way to like move my operating system from my old nvme to my new nvme? My pc is a hp tg01 so that you know

@QaisarAbbas1 , welcome to the Community.
Your best option is to buy a Samsung M.22, SSD. Samsung provides their Data Migration software to clone your current drive. You can install the Migration software on the current drive. Then, remove it from the motherboard and install the new drive. At this point, you will need a USB SSD adapter. You don't have to buy the one in my link it is just an example of what you need.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what you need to do.
I have a similar adapter and I use my old SSD as backup.
