I am upgrading my RAM to 2x8GB of 3200mHz corsair vengeance and I went into my BIOS to check it was all ok and I noticed that it was just at 2133mHz, I've checked forums and saw it was normal and you just needed to change the profile or voltage of it. However HPs not very cool BIOS doesn't allow you to change RAM voltage settings and stuff even if my computer is for gaming and I would overclock and etc. In the what I've just found out to be, not well working BIOS, is there any way I can change this whilst still using HPs MOBO

Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
HP does not support BIOS overclocking of memory modules or the processor.
Your system does support DDR4-2400 RAM (Link). But that is it.
Some HP consumer PC's will not POST when using various aftermarket RAM modules.
I usually recommend Crucial RAM for HP consumer motherboards. Crucial guarantees the memory will work and Crucial will only recommend memory having HP supported timings and speed.
