New Video Card Problem

HP Recommended
Pavilion Slimline s5-1210t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to breath a little more life into this very old machine and purchased a new non-UEFI video card to add an HDMI port but now I can't get past the splash screen.

Reading other threads on this community I've removed the CMOS battery and deleted the driver for the integrated HD graphics.  BIOS has been updated to the most recent version.

This is the video card I purchased:  GIGABYTE GeForce 210 DirectX 10.1 GV-N210D3-1GI 1GB 64-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0

Something works a little bit because on boot-up I get here:

HP Blue.jpg

After thirty seconds or so it'll start to beep every five or ten seconds.

And if I hit ESC during the boot-up sequence I get this:

HP Escape.jpg

Is there any hope to get this video card to work on this motherboard or have I wasted $15?

@indesman , welcome to the Community.

I believe that your problem is being caused by not enough power to operate the card.  Here are the Specifications of the card: https://www.newegg.com/gigabyte-geforce-210-gv-n210d3-1gi/p/N82E16814125392?nm_mc=AFC-RAN-COM&cm_mmc...

It shows that the card requires a minimum of 300W to operate properly and you power supply supply unit is only 220W.
