I bought a new HP desktop from Office Depot only to find out the warranty had expired 3 years ago. I tryed calling customer support. But it is almost impossable to talk to a live human. The chat bot on support is useless.
I have also tried useing the dispute the warranty through the Hp link multable times with a copy of my proof of purchase, only to get no reply.
I have been using Dells for the last15 years and decided to go with Hp this time.
I am regretting my decision.

Hello. I have put in a warranty dispute multable times with no reply. At this point. I have giving up with anything to do with HP support. I am stuck with the computer since the 14 day return period is over. If I have any problems I will try to fix it myself.
I think it is ridiculous that Hp starts there warranty when it ships to the store. I cant even register this on there website. It dosent work. This will be my last Hp.
