I've recently just added a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 590 to my HP Pavilion P6745f. The PSU was changed a while ago to a Corsair CX-M550 and the power should be sufficient, it was working fine without the card and is with the card. Everything else is stock. At the start, the computer would not even boot, but eventually I got it to boot however since the start there has been no display from the integrated graphics nor the new graphics card on both DVI-D and HDMI. The card worked in another system (I think, it said the bios needed to be configured or something) so I don't believe is not DOA. Integrated graphics still works if I remove the card, but neither will output display signal as long as the card is in the PCI-E slot.
Things I've tried:
Unplugged every power supply connection and plugging them back in, they should all be in fine now and I've been careful with putting them in the right way.
Cmos reset, I unplugged power and removed the battery, held the power button for a few seconds and then left the computer unplugged for a few minutes before putting the battery back in and turning it back on.
Reseating the ram / trying to load it with only one stick, the ram seems to sometimes be the problem however I had integrated graphics working with the ram when I tried it so I left it as-is and plugged back in the card.

Hi:
The reason the card doesn't work is because your PC needs to have a BIOS family 8.xx or newer, and your PC's BIOS family only goes up to 7.15.
With AMD cards, I don't believe you can go beyond the HD 6xxx series with your PC, and with nVidia cards you can't go beyond the GT 6xx series.
