Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

The error message suggests you must disassemble the PC to check the cabling or replace the HDD.

 

You may have to replace the HDD and reinstall Windows if the HDD has failed. You can order HP recovery media (Link) or do a clean install (Link).

 

I would run HP Diagnostics (Link) first to verify the problem.

 

You can try to back up data by connecting this HDD to a different PC. This may or may not work.
