Hi, I had disassembled mine HP pavillion a 6000 (intel) to clean it a bit since it is very old and also to change thermal paste. When I turned it on it works, however it no longer enters the American megatrends screen and no USB port on the front or on the motherboard works. I enter the hp invent v5.11 screen. It has no hardisk and therefore no operating system. What can I do?

Hi @mazz0ni,

Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that the USB ports on your computer are not working after you reassembled it.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.

Hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
