Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey guys I bought my omen 30l a few years ago and I opened it up to find no rgb on the ram or the cooler this was confusing to me because when I saw it on Amazon it had rgb for both the ram and the cooler I tried changing/activating it on the omen control center but nothing is working any ideas to get it fixed?

I ordered it on Amazon on the reviews and pictures I saw rgb both on the cooler and ram
