I recently upgraded my RAM, it is 2 16gb sticks that are 3600mhz but my pc is only running them at 2666, what can i do to make it run at 3600?

Not much, for this type of computer you need to use the right memory modules

alternative options, are risky, and result, not always there
For information only, I do not recommend  and probably won't work in your case.
