Omen 880-101na RAM Upgrades

HP Recommended
Omen 880-101na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased two new 32gb RAM chips for my Omen 880-101na and installed them with no issues bar one - out of the 64gb total it states that I only have 31.9gb usuable, any recommendations on how to boost that, or any reason why it may be holding back RAM?

I'm aware it saves some for hardware etc but surely I'd have more than that to use (I game a lot).

I have now found out the rest is being reserved for hardware.
