Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Vga port broken. Any way I can get display on smart tv or monitor as its not possible to fix. Any other way by using USB port but I have no way to get displayed.

Hi:

 

The product specs for your PC indicates that it has a PCIe x16 slot to add a video card.

Get yourself a cheap, used but tested and working Dell Radeon HD 6450 graphics card on eBay.

The above card has DVI and display port outputs, so you should be able to connect to any monitor.

 

If you want to connect to a TV with HDMI, you can use a display port to HDMI cable for that.

 

You can get the graphics drivers you need for that card from AMD at the link below.
