PC wont boot

PC wont boot,,tried all the reset options and nothing. Is there a recovery disc?? I cant get an answer from support! PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, HP no longer sells recovery media for your PC.

 

However, you can order a Windows 8.1 recovery kit for your PC from this vendor at the link below...

 

Computer Surgeons - Windows 8.1 64 Bit (14AM1ARA601) Recovery Kit F5T42AV For HP Pavilion TouchSmart...

 

You can also make plain W8.1 installation media by downloading the W8.1 ISO file from the link below.

 

You will need to have access to another Windows PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer to make the installation media.

 

Select the plain W8.1 64 bit option.

 

Download Windows 8.1 Disc Image (ISO File) (microsoft.com)

 

Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

 

After W8.1 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
