I installed three brands of PCI Express Serial Interface cards. But the serial communication through them is very slow and sometimes get stuck. All these cards working very well on other PCs. What can be the reason for this slowness only in this HP Pro 280?
The same branded PCI Serial Interface cards working well on the HP Pro 280. This slowness happens only with PCI Express cards.

What is the card ? Standard serial supports are slow anyway, please use the following table
As you can see, the TOP speed is only around 14kb/s. It won't be able to run at PCIe speed.
Regards.

Thank you for the reply. The model of one card is UOTEK UT-7912. Others are unbranded generic cards.
What I meant from slow is it takes 2 or 3 seconds even to send a simple ACK command. Sometimes it get stuck when we increase the frequency of pressing the ACK command sending button. I used the 232Analyzer by CommFront to test the cards.
This issue is found only with all types of PCI Express Serial cards only. The PCI Serial cards works quite fine.
