When I was trying to install a pny gtx 1650 the end of the silver bracket on the GPU was too long to fit and it almost reached pcie slot but couldn't. When this happens can I unscrew the silver bracket from the gpu so i can insert the gpu so there is more space?

Removing the mounting bracket would be an unsafe and very bad idea from an electrical safety perspective.

Would you mind posting a photo of exactly is the misfit between the video card and the PC?

The card actually should fit. That is why I am wondering what is going on.
