Your HP ENVY Desktop TE01-3254 PC (319L6AA), according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c08165944, is fitted with the L10875-800 "Power Supply - GNRC PSU 310W SFF Entl18 FR Gold".


According to this link: Power Supply Cross Reference for specific models - HP Support Community - 7483923, it appears that your motherboard should be compatible with this 500-watt power supply: HP p/n: L05757-800:

You can purchase this 500-watt L05757-800 power supply online, such as this eBay purchase example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/204154426176?hash=item2f888d5340%3Ag%3AsDwAAOSwF4xjdD2i&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAA... (Seller allows for 30-day returns).

 

Like I said, this 500-watt power supply upgrade should work, but given the absence of 'official' HP documentation, this is the best advise you're going to get from this Forum.
