I'm looking to upgrade my PSU and fit in a SSD as I already have an HDD but it's not enough and also would like to upgrade to 16GB of RAM and the reason for the power supply upgrade would be so that I can fit in a new graphics card but I have no idea what power supply SSD or RAM would fit and work in the computer

While I do not know your technical ability, lets discuss in general the specifications found here.

1) Upgrade and Service Manual

 2)  HP recommends a max of 2x8 GB RAM modules. The motherboard has NO spare SATA data headers, so you must add an M.2 device.   RAM and suitable M.2 SSD

3) An issue:  Dual slot width GPU cards must be short so not to slam into the 24 pin ATX power header cabling. If you can  overcome that issue, then determine the PSU rating. A max PSU would be the Corsair CX650,  an exact fit. (3.39"H x 5.91"W x 5.51"Depth into case). Measure your existing.

I have looked on the internet and found this RAM  Corsair Vengeance Memory Kit Desktop LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C16 will it work ?
