There are two main things to consider when upgrading the power supply unit (PSU): 1) measure the space where the PSU will be installed and 2) does the motherboard have the correct power connector for the PSU. HP has some of their motherboards manufactured with a proprietary 4-pin power connector. You should check to assure that your motherboard (Tobacco) has the standard ATX 24-pin power connector. HP no longer provides us with diagrams of their motherboards.
